Shipping policy

At Ardenel, we design every part of your experience with care—from the craftsmanship of our furniture and lighting to the moment each piece arrives at your home. Because many of our items are artisan-made or produced in small batches, delivery timelines may vary depending on availability, destination, and shipping method.

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and in excellent condition.

Our complimentary shipping service includes standard front-door delivery only and does not include White Glove Service.
If you require in-home delivery, room placement, assembly, or packaging removal, please contact our customer support team for a White Glove Service quote.


1. Order Processing

All orders follow a two-stage journey: processing and shipping.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days

  • Out-of-stock or made-to-order items: 15–25 business days

Large furniture and custom pieces may require additional preparation time.

Processing includes quality checks, packing, and scheduling with the appropriate carrier.


2. Shipping Time

United States

  • From U.S. warehouses (in-stock): 5–10 business days via UPS or similar carriers

  • From overseas warehouses (if U.S. stock is unavailable): 30–45 business days

Remote regions such as Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) may require longer transit times or special handling.

Other Countries

Ardenel currently sells only within the United States and does not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All listed product prices do not include sales tax.

Ardenel collects sales tax where required by law, based on your shipping address and applicable local regulations.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout before payment is completed.

For U.S. customers, no additional customs duties are typically required upon delivery.

Remote regions may require additional transit time or special handling.
Any applicable fees will be confirmed prior to shipment.

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout where applicable.


4. Where We Ship From

Ardenel operates offices in the United States, with manufacturing partners in China, Vietnam, Spain, and Italy.

Depending on availability, your order may ship from:

  • United States warehouses

  • International warehouses in China

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.


5. Delivery Estimates & Delays

Delivery time begins once an order has shipped.

If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control—including weather conditions, customs inspections, port congestion, or courier disruptions—we will notify you with updated information.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) cancel the order;
c) issue a full refund.


6. Need Your Order by a Certain Date?

Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once an order is in transit. Expedited shipping services via DHL or FedEx may be available upon request.

Please contact us before placing your order to receive a quote.
Expedited shipments typically arrive 7–12 business days earlier than standard delivery.

Refunds cannot be issued for items still in transit. If a delivery deadline is not met, a refund will be issued only once the package has been returned to us.


7. Incorrect Address or Address Changes

Please confirm all shipping details before completing your order.

Ardenel is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional courier fees related to address changes

  • Re-delivery fees resulting from failed delivery attempts

If you request an address correction after processing:

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed

  • Carriers may charge modification fees

  • Any fees billed to Ardenel will be invoiced to you

We will cover fees only when the error is ours.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If a package shows as “Delivered” but is missing, couriers may mark items delivered several hours early. In many cases, the package arrives the next business day.

If the package does not arrive:

  • Contact the courier immediately to request a delivery trace

  • A trace must be opened within 7 days of the stated delivery date

If a package is confirmed damaged or lost in transit, Ardenel will provide a free replacement.


9. Failure to Receive Delivery

Postal Parcel and EMS typically attempt delivery once.
If unsuccessful, the package may be held locally before being returned to us.

If returned:

  • The courier will charge a return fee

  • Re-delivery is a paid service

  • Return and re-shipment fees will be invoiced

If you choose not to re-deliver, a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee.

You must contact us within 30 days of the item being returned to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
